Hi, I'm Pastor Al Jennings and I'm the senior pastor of Summit Church and the CEO of Summit Ministries International. I am primarily responsible for the overall leadership of the Church and for the teaching in our weekend Encounters. My purpose is to teach people how to win in life through the Word of God.
Summit Church has meant a great deal to my family and me. The exciting thing is that my children have grown in the ministry. I think they are going to be stronger and more productive people in the world. I think that they are prepared to face any task as they go to college and deal with some of the things that are happening in the world. The Winning Track is the spiritual growth and leadership development system of Summit Church. It is the process that we use to teach the Word of God and equip believers to do the work of the ministry (Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 4:12).
Mission Statement: Summit Church's mission is to teach people how to win in life.

1. Connect people to God - We do this through our Sunday morning Experiences which feature hot music and a hotter message.
2. Connect to one another - This is relationship building between members of the congregation; and we accomplish this through our small group system which we call Winning Groups.
3. Grow in God's Word - We fulfill this through our Winning Track manuals which are a part of our spiritual growth system for Summit Church.
4. Serve in leadership - We accomplish this by encouraging members to lead their own small group/winning group. Our vision is that every member become a leader.
Our experiences consist of two primary elements: powerful praise & worship music and a life-changing message. Our songs are led by a dynamic worship team accompanied by a talented crew of musicians. The Word of God is ministered with simplicity and power. We want you to experience an encounter with God that will change your life.
